London and Essex Kent’s Farm Kennels and Cattery are proud sponsors of Guide Dogs for the Blind Association who aim to provide life-changing services to those who are blind or partially sighted. To aid their ambition their research programme ensures they provide services that people with sight loss want and need to confidently lead self-sufficient lives, alongside the right support and motivation.
Kent’s Farm have just received a final pupdate from Guide Dog Libby, who is about to head off to college with owner Milly. Milly was born with a genetic condition that causes her sight to gradually deteriorate. However, Libby has provided Milly with the confidence to pursue adventures and develop her independence. They are starting college in September and Milly is sure that having her best sidekick with her she is bound to succeed and make plenty of friends. Milly describes Libby as cheeky and the most incredible life-changing guide dog.
London and Essex wish Milly and Libby all the best and hope their bond continues to grow as they continue to embark on new adventures.
